2014 Outdoor: Best time in the 400-meter hurdles came at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/28-29), where she finished fourth with a time of 1:04.07...Placed 11th in the 100-meter hurdles at the Big South Track & Field Championships, running in 14.74 seconds.
2014 Indoor: Part of 4x400 meter relay team that finished third at Big South Championships, running in 3:46.28...Took 8th in the 60-meter hurdles at Big South, finishing in 9.10 seconds.
2013 Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 400H at the UNF North Florida Invitational (3/30), running 1:07.20 to take 13th place…Recorded another personal best in the 100H at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4/18-20), finishing 8th with a time of 14.70.
2013 Indoor: Finished 3rd in the 60H at the Hilton Garden Invitational (2/1-2), running in 9.15 seconds…Won the 60H at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8-9) and set a personal bet with a time of 8.78 seconds.
2012 Outdoor: Finished eighth in heptathlon at the Big South Conference meet with 3,713 points. At Chanticleer Classic, took second in 100m hurdles (14.97s). 100m hurdle time of 14.87s was good for 22nd at the Best Western/University of North Florida Invitational. At the Weems Baskin Invitational (Columbia, S.C.), finished 7th in 100m hurdles with a time of 14.88s, and 15th in the 400m hurdles (1:07.21). Part of the fourth-place 4x100m relay at the Palmetto Classic ... also placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:08.66) and 18th in the long jump with a distance of 4.73m.
2012 Indoor: At the BSC Championships, ran as part of the 4x400m relay that took gold for the Lady Bucs with a time of 3:51.97 ... claimed fifth in pentathlon (3020 pts). At the ETSU Niswonger Invitational, placed 11th and 20th in the 60m hurdles (9.28s) and 400m dash (1:00.79), respectively. Part of 15th-place CSU 4x400m relay at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... also placed 24th in 300m dash with a time of 43.53s.
