2014 Outdoor: Placed 25th in long jump at the UNF Spring Break Invitational, jumping 4.97 meters.

2013 Outdoor: Posted a season best 4.89 meter jump in the long jump at the USC Gamecock Open (4/3) to finish 10th.
2013 Indoor: Set a personal best in the 60H at the Wake Forest Invitational (1/19) and the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8-9).
2012 Outdoor: Finished ninth in heptathlon at the Big South Conference meet with 3,568 points. At Chanticleer Classic, was third in 100m hurdles with a time of 15.61s. Ran a 15.96s in the 100m hurdles at the Best Western/University of North Florida Invitational. At the Weems Baskin Invitational (Columbia, S.C.), notched a 16.24 in the 100m hurdles, good for 25th. Part of the fourth-place 4x100m relay at the Palmetto Classic ... also placed 16th in the long jump with a distance of 4.92m
2012 Indoor: At the Big South Championships on 2/24, claimed tenth in pentathlon (2476 pts).
Personal: Competed for Coach Damion Thomas at Boyd H. Anderson High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla… Holds the school record for the Lady Cobras in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.78… a member of the state championship 4x100 meter relay team… Born March 31, 1993 to Angela Cochran and Robert Parnell in Jamaica… Favorite book is Beloved and favorite movie is The Notebook… Best sports moment is winning the state championship in the 4 x 100 meter relay.
