2015 Outdoor: Set career-bests in both the 200-meter and 400-meter at the Big South Championships (5/14-16)...Placed 6th in the 400-meter at the Big South meet with a time of 55.75 seconds...Took 15th in the 200 with an effort of 25.52 seconds...Part of 4x400 relay team that placed third with a time of 3:43.83...At the Rainbow Relays in Hawaii (4/10-11), was runner-up in the 400 with a time of 57.45 seconds.
2015 Indoor: Part of 4x400 relay team that placed 6th at the Big South Championships (2/26-27) after running in 3:59.08...Finished third in the 400 at the ETSU Buccaneer Invitational (2/6-7), thanks to a time of 58.15 seconds.
2014 Outdoor: Part of 4x400 Big South Champion relay team with Mary Elliott, Dotrine'' Jacobs, LaQuestis Scott, Kolisha Coleman in a time of 3:45.50...Was 6th at Big South Championships in 400M.
2014 Indoor: Ran as part of 4x400 meter relay team that finished 3rd at Big South Championships, running in 3:46.28...Won the 400-meter at the Joe Hilton Invitational, finishing in 58.77 seconds...Also part of 4x400 relay team that captured first place at the Joe Hilton Invitational with an effort of 3:57.02.
2013 Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 400M at the preliminary round of the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4/18-20) to finish 5th with a time of 56.63 seconds…Placed 6th in the 400M in the finals of the Big South Championships.
2013 Indoor: Ran as part of the 4x400M relay team that finished 3rd at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/21-22).
High School: Ran under Coach Anthony Jordan at Blanche Ely High School...Achieved personal bests of 58.2 seconds in the 400-meter dash, and was part of 4x400 meter relay team that finished in 3:52...Named Most Dedicated and Most Improved athlete on her high school team...Played basketball as a freshman and sophomore.
