High School and Club: Kaderli came to the Bucs by way of Austin, Texas, and Round Rock High School where she lined up at both outside hitter and right side hitter under Coach Diane Watson. She also played for the Austin Performance Volleyball – Eclectic team under Coach Miguel Saenz. During her career, she earned varsity letters in both volleyball and soccer at Round Rock, and was a District 13 6A Honorable Mention outside hitter. During her time with Austin Performance, she helped pace the team to a fifth place finish overall at the 2014 Junior Nationals.

Away from the court, Kaderli was a four-time Academic All-District selection and she is a member of the National Honor Society, the Mu Alpha Theta and the National Spanish Honor Society. She also received the four year Academic 4.0 GPA Award. Kaderli is also a nationally-ranked AAU beach volleyball player. She is the daughter of Chris and Stephanie Kaderli.
