2018-19 (Freshman)

• Lined up in 34 games, earning 28 starts for the Buccaneers as a true freshman in the 2018-19 season
• Finished the season with 180 points, averaging 5.3 points per game
• Was 65-of-174 from the floor (37.4 FG%) and 38-of-111 from behind the arc (34.2 3PT%), and 12-of-24 from the free throw line (50.0 FT%)
• Finished with 114 rebounds (47 offensive, 67 defensive) in averaging 3.4 rebounds per game
• Recorded 23 assists, three blocked shots, and 23 steals
• Scored double-digits in nine different games in the 2018-19 season
• Scored a career-high 23 points on 8-of-11 shooting (6-of-7 from the three-point line) on November 23 against Coppin State
• 17 points in his CSU debut on November 6 against Columbia International
• 11 games with at least five rebounds in the 2018-19 season
• Nine rebounds on two occasions, including on December 1 against North Florida and March 26 at Hampton

High School: Enjoyed a production-packed career at Florence, S.C.''s Wilson High School, as well as Williston Northampton, a prep school in Massachusetts...''Stretch four'' is an outstanding outside shooter poised to make immediate impact for Bucs...While at Wilson, led program to Lower State Semifinals in 2015 and 2016 en route to earning all-region and All-Pee Dee honors...Named to the 2016 All-Hoop Zone Team...Started every single game of his high school career and served as a team captain, helping lead program to an 84-21 overall record...Also played two seasons of soccer at Wilson, helping team to a berth in the Elite 8 of the SC AAA state tournament...Spent two years playing under coach Ben Farmer at Williston Northampton in Easthampton, Massachusetts...Named All-NEPSAC in both 2017 and 2018...Also competed in track, garnering All-NEPSAC honors while finishing 5th in the high jump in New England.

Personal: Son of Steven & Karyn LeXander...North Carolina native moved to Florence to play for his uncle, Derrick McQueen...Has younger brother, Tristan, and sister, Raven...Mom played basketball and dad played soccer at Francis Marion University...Dad also played professionally in Europe...Comes from long line of athletes in family - uncle Kelvin Montague played basketball at Presbyterian, aunt Tammy Gibson played basketball at NC State and cousin Jordan Scott played basketball at College of Charleston. Additionally, his uncle, Tyrone Gibson, played football at Clemson.
