High School: Played under coach Stephen Magendaner at Salem High School...Named an all-conference punter and kicker following his senior season...Played three years of varsity football at Salem...Over his final two years, connected on 15-of-19 field goals and 148-of-152 extra-point attempts...Averaged 39 yards a punt, placed 12 punts inside the 20-yard line, and recorded a long punt of 63 yards...Had touchbacks on 24 percent of kickoffs as a senior.
