2024 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Named Big South Newcomer of the Year following the conclusion of the conference championships based on having the highest accumulated point total of 21 ... Advanced to the NCAA East Regionals (5/22-25) for the 400m claiming 43rd with a time of 54.58 ... Was part of four podium finishes at the Big South Championships (5/6-8) including a trio of event championships ... Broke the school record in the 400m at the meet en route to winning the event with her massive personal best time of 53.39 to move into 5th in the league's all-time record book for the event ... Was part of the 4x100m squad that won the event at the conference championships, ranking at fourth in school history with a time of 45.51 ... Was part of the 4x400m squad that won the event at the conference championships, ranking at third in school history and ninth in Big South history with a time of 3:40.68 ... Had the 2nd fastest time in the prelims of the 400m with a time of 55.93, but received a DQ in the finals of the event ... Was named Big South Track Athlete of the Week on 1/31 as part of the 4x400 team ... That relay team ran a school-record time in the outing with a 3:42.38 at the Bob Pollock (1/27) to finish fourth at the meet and record the 3rd fastest in conference history ... Also at the meet, she ran in the 400m and had a season-best time of 55.73 to be tied for 3rd in program history in the event ... 2023 Outdoor at William & Mary: Competed at the Outdoor NCAA East Prelims (05/27/23) as part of the 4x400 relay team… Captured gold with the 4x400 relay team at the ECAC Championships (05/14/23), the first in Tribe history, with a time of 3:36.94… Was part of the 4x100 relay team that broke the school record three times, including a run of 45.94 at the ECAC Championships… Set two W&M records with the 4x400 team, including a silver-winning time of 3:35.97 at the CAA Championships (05/06/23)… Set the program record in the 100m dash with a time of 11.96 at the Colonial Relays (03/31/23)… Opened the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational (03/17/23) with a first-place showing in the 200m… Named William & Mary Student-Athlete of the Week (04/04/23).
2023 Indoor at William & Mary: Was part of the 4x400 Relay team which captured VaSID All-State Honors… Captured All-CAA honors as part of the 4x400 Relay Team… Ran with the 4x400 Relay team that won bronze at the CAA Indoor Championships (02/23/23) with a time of 3:43.47, the second-fastest in W&M history… Ran a PR 24.63 in the 200m at the Penn State National (01/28/23).
2022 Outdoor at William & Mary: Placed first in the 400m with a time of 56.92 at the Stimson Memorial (03/26/22).
2022 Indoor at William & Mary: Raced at three meets on the season ... Won the Navy Invitational (12/4) 4x400 with a time of 3:48.28 ... Recorded her personal best in 400 with a 56.65.
2021 Outdoor at William & Mary: Raced at six different meets during her first outdoor season ... Finished in 10th in the 100 at the CAA Championships (4/30-5/1) ... Recorded four different victories on the year and won both events at the JMU Invitational (4/17) with a 24.30 (-0.3) in the 200 and a 46.77 in the 4x100 ... Won the 2021 Colonial Relays (4/2-3) with a time of 12.06 (4.4) in the 100 as well as collected a victory in the Navy Spring Meet (3/27) with a time of 24.76 (0.3).
2021 Indoor at William & Mary: Competed in a pair of meets winning the 200 in a dual against Navy (2/5) with a time of 24.85 and placing second in the 60 at 7.88 ... Ran a 7.86 in the prelims and a 7.85 in the finale of the Mason Winter Track Fiesta (2/27-28).

2020 Indoor at William & Mary: Broke W&M's freshman record in the 60m dash in her first race of the season ... Ran a lifetime-best 7.87 seconds at Penn State in early February ...
