2014 Cross Country: Best time of season, 20:42.5, came at Upstate Invitational (10/4), earning her a 107th place finish...Took 19th in the 5k week prior at the Will Wilson Citadel Invitational (9/27).
2014 Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 800-meter at the Palmetto Classic Track & Field Invitational (3/7), running in a time of 2:27.87.
2014 Indoor: Part of distance medley relay team that earned second place at Big South Championships with a time of 12:47.37...Finished fourth in the mile at Joe Hilton Invitational, running in 5:47.40.
High School: Lyons comes from an outstanding high school program that has produced numerous successful collegiate runners such as former Charleston Southern standout Adrienne Cuff. Her personal bests include 19:59 (5k), and 2:27 (800m).
