then stole both second and third before scoring on a wild pitch to
put the Bucs up 1-0 in the top of the first inning.
However the Eagles tied things up then took control of the game
an inning later. Thomas doubled to right center, and then scored
when Tyler Cook walked with the bases loaded to tie things up at
1-1. Max Vogel then gave the Eagles the 2-1 lead when he was able
to score as Cook was attempting to steal second in the bottom of
the second.
Meier singled to right field in the top of the fifth, advancing
to second when Burkett grounded out to second. Meier then stole
third before crossing home plate when Sustar doubled down the left
field line to tie things up again at 2-2.
Both Derek Smith and Nick Chinners got on base in the top of the
tenth, but neither one could make to home. In the bottom of the
inning, Olesczuk singled to the shortstop and was driven home soon
after on a single by Cam Walters to give the Eagles the 3-2
