Had her season-best in the 5K come at the Big South Championships (11/1) with a time of 18:31.6 for 23rd in the championship meet ... Helped the team tie for their best finish at conference championship in school history with a runners-up finish ... 2023 XC at Charleston Southern: Named Second-Team All-Conference and to the Big South All-Academic Team ... At the Big South Championships (10/29) she finished with a time of 18:14.1 for a new career best as she crossed the line in 14th overall and helped to seal the team's runner-up finish at the meet, tying the best in program history ... Competed at every event during her fall sophomore season and put herself within the team's top five at three of the races ...
