CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern volleyball opens a three-match homestand Saturday afternoon when it welcomes Radford to the Buc Dome for a 2 p.m. first serve.
The Bucs are looking to get back in the win column after dropping conference matches to Gardner-Webb, Winthrop and Presbyterian. The Bucs played well against the Runnin' Bulldogs and forced a fifth set behind 24 kills from
Paige Reagor and a double-double from
Peyton Thompson. Thompson had 13 kills against Winthrop and 18 against Presbyterian, leading the way for the Bucs in both matches.
Thompson leads the Bucs with 188 kills, while Reagor has 133 on a team-leading .374 hitting percentage.
Indigo Young and
Gabrielle Naniseni each have more than 75 kills for a balanced CSU attack.
Ashleigh Holweger leads the Bucs with 208 digs, while Minnick has 465 assists and 8.94 assists per set, marks that rank first and second in the conference, respectively.

2020-21 Record: 2-14, 0-4 Big South
Radford enters the weekend at 2-14 overall and 0-4 in Big South play. The Highlanders will play Presbyterian Friday evening before facing the Bucs on Saturday. Radford's wins this season came against Eastern Kentucky and UNCW.
Kennedi Johnson leads the Highlanders with 127 kills, while Taylor O'Neal has 92 and Hailey Flowers has 90. Login Williams has a team-high 308 assists, while three different Highlanders have at least 10 aces. Grace Green leads the team with 150 digs.
Charleston Southern swept the two matches against Radford last season, with both taking place in the New River Valley. The Bucs won in three sets in both matches.
