After more schedule changes and a bye weekend, Charleston Southern makes it four-straight road series in the state of North Carolina Thursday and Friday as they face High Point.
The Bucs began their trek through the Tar Heel state Jan. 14 and 15 with UNC Asheville before a home series was postponed with USC Upstate, followed by trips to Gardner-Webb and Campbell.
Out of the 32 previous meetings, 31 have come in regular season Big South play with the lone postseason matchup coming in 2004-05, a Charleston Southern 58-55 win inside the Millis Center.
Charleston Southern snapped an eight-game skid inside the Millis Center with last season's emphatic 79-60 win and look to right the ship and snap a skid inside Big South play this season.

- Sean Price, Emorie Knox and Sadarius Bowser each had career nights offensively for Charleston Southern but four Camels finished the night in double figures in the comeback win.
- Price scored 11 of his career-best 19 points in the opening half while Sadarius Bowser scored 13 overall and Knox had 15, but Campbell hit six treys while holding the Bucs below 40% in the second half to flip the script.

Scouting the Panthers
- After sweeping a road set at Gardner-Webb, High Point split their last series at Hampton Sunday and Monday.
- John-Michael Wright paces the Panthers in nearly every category scoring 20.3 points a night, dishing out 3.3 assists and grabbing 4.8 rebounds. Wright earned All-Freshman honors last season averaging 14.2 points per game including 14.0 points and 6.0 rebounds against the Bucs in two games.
- Despite not making a volume of three-point shots on the season, High Point's defense has dictated the way holding opponents under 70 points a night including five opponents inside Big South play under 60 points.
- As a young team turnovers aren't an issue for the Panthers, who average just 13.0 a game and only 12.6 inside conference play.
Series History
- Neither side has taken full control of the series since High Point became a Big South member in the 1998-99 season as the Panthers lead 22-18 and hold the longest win streak at five.
- Last season's sweep was the first for the Bucs since 2002-03 season and third overall while their 79-60 win on the road snapped an eight-game skid inside the Millis Center.
- Phlandrous Fleming Jr.'s last-second shot in the last matchup was the fourth time the Bucs and Panthers have played a game to the wire since the start of 2016-17 with each team taking two of the four.
