TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Taylor Barnes headlined a trio of Buccaneers to set new personal records Friday morning at the FSU Invitational as the men ran in the 8K Garnett and Gold Races while Barnes competed in the women's 6K Garnett Race.

Two weeks after setting a new 5K record at the CSU Invitational, Taylor Barnes (22:00.1) bested her previous 6K time Friday morning by nearly 40 seconds crossing the finish line among the top-95 of a loaded field.

Timothy Depue (27:13.4) and Evan Crawford (27:27.1) both set new 8K personal records crossing the finish line among the field's top-65 of the Gold race. Jacob Jones (26:18.4) made his 8K debut pacing the five Bucs among the Gold Race.

Trevor Dominy (25:21.2) paced the men's squad in the Garnett Race crossing the finish line among the top-100 while Jaden Kingsley (25:38.3), Matt Inman (25:39.4), Alan Deogracias (25:41.4) and Jaymee Domoney (25:41.4) were among the Bucs' top-5 Friday morning.

The men finished 19th in the Garnett Race among a field that included four teams that are ranked top-15 nationally. Meanwhile the Bucs finished sixth in the men's Gold Race.

Charleston Southern ends their three-meet regular season Feb. 12 in a Big South Championships preview as they head to High Point for the Winter VertCross meet.
