CLICKING AT THE RIGHT TIME
The Buccaneers won their fourth Big South series of the season last weekend, taking two of three from Presbyterian at Nielsen Field to stay in the postseason picture. After falling in game one, the CSU pitching staff held the fort down as the offense came alive to give enough support to take the final two.

LONG HISTORY
The two sides have clashed a total of 74 times since the first installment back in 1991. The first meeting went the way of Charleston Southern before College of Charleston ran off the next eight clashes. More recently, the two sides met for a three-game set in 2019 with Charleston Southern taking the first installment 9-1 before College of Charleston was able to respond with the final two meetings to take the series.

SCOUTING THE COUGARS
College of Charleston comes into the contest winners of 16 of its last 18 contests, most recently taking down Clemson in Columbia. The Cougars have been dominate in CAA play as well, turning in an 18-3 mark with one series remaining on the road at Towson. Other notable wins include No. 2 Texas, two of three from East Carolina and USC Upstate.

UP NEXT
