Two CSU records fell over the weekend at the Bob Pollock Invitational, hosted by Clemson.
Micah Gilpatric took down the school's 3K record while
Michael Calhoun posted a new school best in the shot put.
Sprints/Hurdles
Luciano Custodio ran his personal best 400m time of 48.59, good for sixth in school history.
Shawn Langley Jr. finished just ahead of him at 48.47.
Jumps
Holden Gerth cleared a 1.96m high bar, his best indoor high jump mark. He ranks seventh in program history at that mark.
Throws
Michael Calhoun made history with a shot put mark of 17.11m, the first Buccaneer to ever throw over 17 meters in indoor shot put. His school record throw is also the tenth-best in Big South history.
Distance
Micah Gilpatric set two records last time he was at Clemson and nabbed another one this weekend. He finished the 3K in 7:52.96, the first sub-8 minute 3K in CSU history and the fourth fastest time in Big South history. Gilpatric's mark also stands as the 19th-best in the country as he continues to add to his impressive running calendar year.
Three Bucs turned in top-10 times in the 800, led by
Rob Howorth whose time of 1:51.60 has him second in CSU history.
Garrett Ricardo now ranks third at 1:53.71 while
Griffin Gillespie is ninth with a time of 1:55.59.
Alan Deogracias finished the mile in 4:09.62 spotting him fifth in program history. Freshman
Caleb Kenyon ran his second collegiate 3K, and now with a time of 8:25.84, he holds the ninth fastest time in CSU history.

The Bucs head to Columbia next weekend for the first of two meets at South Carolina. The South Carolina Invitational begins Friday, February 4th.
