Laerke Jensen was the top finisher for Charleston Southern Women's Golf in the early week, as a 54-hole total of 224 (+8) was enough to take home a top-10 finish in a strong field. As a team, the Bucs finished 7th in the 15-team field with a three-round total of 930 (+66).
Caroline Engelbredt carded a 234 (+18) to finish in a tie for 35th, while
Isabell Friberg finished one shot behind Engelbredt at 235 (+19).
Madison Freeman finished T-41
st with a (+21), 237 andÂ
Libby Singleton rounded out the CSU team at 252.

Jensen had an impressive second round, turning in an even-par 72 to stand as the only even or better round for the Bucs. Her effort in that round sparked the best team round for Charleston Southern as well, as the Bucs carded a (+18) 306 in that second set of 18 holes. Jensen's 18 holes featured three birdies, as they came on back-to-back-to-back holes.

Riverbend Club played at 6,100 yards for the HCU Husky Intercollegiate, set at a par 72.

Charleston Southern takes a weekend off before returning to the links to take part in the Georgia State Invitational. The three-day event will span March 26-28and will take place at the Rivermont Golf Club in John's Creek, Georgia as it will be hosted by Georgia State.
