Box Score CHARLESTON, S.C. -  The Charleston Southern women's tennis team started off the weekend with a conference-opening victory on Saturday, dominating the Gardner-Webb Bulldogs 5-2 at Gary Clark Banks Sr. Tennis Center. 

Charleston Southern (4-5, 1-0 in conference) swept their way through the doubles round. Luiza Fullana and Khyanna Singh won their set 6-3, and Noa Boyd/Amila Jusufbegovic and Tiffany Pyritz/Zoe Cauthen both won 6-2. 

In the singles round, the Bucs took four out of the six matches. Kassandra Di Staulo and Boyd both swept their ways to victory, with Di Staulo taking a 6-2/6-0 win and Boyd winning 6-1 both times.

Fullana lost her first set but won her final two 6-1 and 6-0. Jusufbegovic also lost her first set 6-2, but won 6-4 and 6-2 to take the match.
