After dealing with some travel issues early in the week, which led to the team not having a practice round, Head Coach Chan Metts was pleased with how his group responded.
"They handled the adversity so well, and I am so happy and proud of their mental toughness and play over the event," said Metts. "They showed up on the first tee ready to compete, and they played so hard for us."
The Bucs will have to wait one month for their next tournament, as they will head across town to Edisto, where The College of Charleston is hosting the Edisto Invitational on Oct. 16
