CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Big South Conference announced today its Men's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week for competitions during April 23-26. The Buccaneers' Aden Price was selected as the Men's Track of the Week as well as the Freshman of the Week. 
  
Price won the 400m at the Charlotte Invitational with a school-record time of 45.67, bettering the program mark that stood for 18 years.  It was his third 400m victory this spring, and his effort ranks fourth-best in Big South history.  Price was also part of the Bucs' 4x400m relay team that finished second in 3:08.88.

Charleston Southern are now enjoying a pair of weekends off and time to put in their final preparations for the Big South Championships. This year, the meet will be held on the campus of High Point University from Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13.
