• One of six Bucs with 100-plus kills on the season

• Season-high 14 kills in a 3-1 win over South Carolina State on Aug. 30
• Season-best 10 digs in the Big South quarterfinals match against Winthrop

2017 (Sophomore)

• First on the team in service aces with 32, averaging 0.29 per set
• Finished the season with four kills, averaging 0.04 kills per set, and recorded a -.034 hitting percentage
• Finished the season with 65 digs, averaging 0.59 digs per set
• Finished the season with eight assists, averaging 0.07 assists per set
• Season-high four service aces on September 16 against The Citadel and September 30 against Presbyterian
• Season-high two kills and eight digs on October 13 against Gardner-Webb
• Played in all 30 matches and played in 110 of 111 sets as a sophomore

2016 (Freshman)

• Second on the team in service aces with 30, averaging 0.31 aces per set
• Finished the season with three kills, averaging 0.03 kills per set, and recorded a -.130 hitting percentage
• Finished the season with five assists, averaging 0.05 assists per set
• Finished the season with 37 digs, averaging 0.38 digs per set
• Recorded kills in three different games (Sept. 1 vs. Savannah State, Sept. 17 vs. Elon, Nov. 12 at Liberty)
• Season-high four service aces twice (Oct. 11 at UNC Asheville, Oct. 14 vs. Radford)
• Recorded three service aces on August 30 at South Carolina State
• Season-high four digs three times (Aug. 27 vs. UAB, Nov. 5 vs. Winthrop, Nov. 18 vs. Campbell)
• Played in 97 sets with five starts as a freshman

High School: LaPorte signs with the Bucs from Charleston, S.C. and Cathedral Academy where she played outside hitter. The 5-9 athlete also plays for the Carolina Islanders club team. LaPorte was the Regional Player of the Year in both 2014 and 2015 and was a two-time All-State selection. She also played on the North-South Team and was selected to be a part of the SCISA/GEESA. LaPorte was a member of the 2012 Cathedral state championship team, as well as the 2013 state runner-up squad. She finished her senior season with 393 kills and a .437 hitting percentage.
