CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Wednesday morning, the Big South Conference released the men's basketball conference schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 season. The schedule uses a double round-robin format meaning each team will play each other twice, once at home and once on the road.
The Buccaneers will begin their conference competition on January 2nd when they host the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs.
CSU's full conference schedule is as listed below:

JAN. 8 vs High Point
JAN. 15 at Winthrop
JAN. 18 vs Radford
JAN. 22 at Presbyterian
JAN. 25 vs UNC Asheville
JAN. 29 at USC Upstate
FEB. 1 vs Longwood
FEB. 5 vs Winthrop
FEB. 8 at Gardner-Webb
FEB. 12 vs Presbyterian
FEB. 15 at UNC Asheville
FEB. 19 at High Point
FEB. 22 vs USC Upstate
MAR. 1 at Radford
The 2024-25 Big South Championship basketball tournament will be held in Johnson City, Tennessee on March 5-9 at Freedom Hall.
Before the Bucs begin their conference slate, they have an impressively strong non-conference schedule to complete. The squad's first game of the year will be on November 4th against the Clemson Tigers.

Saah Nimley: "We are very excited for this year and the conference season. We are going to test ourselves early in the non-conference and that will prepare us for league play. The Big South has become one of the toughest and tightest leagues in the country, and I am excited to go to battle with this group for 16 games."
