2014: Played in eight games at quarterback, and gave CSU''s offense a spark at times during the 8-4 campaign...Completed 59 percent of his passes (20-of-34) for 212 yards and two touchdowns...Rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns on 24 attempts, with a long of 17 yards...Sparked a touchdown drive in the win over Campbell (9/11), completing a pass for eight yards and rushing for 18 yards on the drive, including a touchdown run...Played best game of the season in the 47-41 overtime win at Charlotte (9/27), completing 6-of-9 passes for 68 yards and a TD....Also rushed for 14 yards and a TD against Charlotte...Performed well in the loss at Coastal Carolina (10/25), hitting on 6-of-8 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown...Carried the ball six times for 24 yards, with a long run of 17, against the Chanticleers.
2013: Named Big South Offensive Freshman of the Year after going 5-1 as CSU’s starting quarterback…Stepped up in place of an injured Malcolm Dixon in CSU’s game-winning drive at Appalachian State (9/28), throwing a 15-yard touchdown pass to Kevin Glears on third-and-goal on just his third career passing attempt…Led CSU to a win over North Greenville (10/5) the following week in his first career start, rushing for 70 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries while completing 12-of-20 passes for 136 yards…Named Big South Freshman of the Week for his performance in the win at VMI, completing 18-of-27 passes for 245 yards and two touchdowns…Returned from injury to help CSU to an impressive home win over Charlotte (10/26), hitting on 15-of-22 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns…Named Big South Freshman of the Week again for his outing in the upset victory over then No. 3 and undefeated Coastal Carolina (11/9)…Completed 14-of-21 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown against Coastal, and also ran nine times for 43 yards.

High School: Local product out of Bishop England High School enjoyed an illustrious career with the Bishops...Led Bishop England to the 2011 South Carolina Division II-AA title...Threw for 2,300 yards and 28 touchdowns to earn acclaim as an all-state and all-region performer...Participated in the North-South All-Star game after piloting the Bishops to a 13-1 record in 2012.
