High School: Evans comes to Charleston Southern by way of Pinewood Prep in Charleston, S.C., where she lined up at the #1 position for head coach Brian McKee. Evans starred for the Panthers, lining up as the top player at Pinewood since seventh grade and finished her high school career among the top 100 singles players in the nation and top 20 in the southern rankings. She was the #3-ranked player in South Carolina. Evans is the daughter of Dale and Angie Evans.
