Of Note: Frankeny joins the CSU Softball Team after lining up four years on the Charleston Southern women''s soccer team as a standout forward and defender. The senior finished her collegiate soccer career with 11 career goals and five assists in 75 games played on the pitch.

High School: Chelsea Frankeny comes to Charleston Southern by way of Wilmington, N.C. and Hoggard High School, where she lined up at forward under Coach Justin Shots…Scored 90 career goals in high school and added 60 career assists…Was a four-time All-Conference and All-Area selection and a two-time All-Region selection…Earned Regional Player of the Year honors in her senior season after a 26 goal, 15 assist campaign…Received All-State honors in senior season.
